Introducing AutoCall, a Computerized Housie Calling system that has been successfully calling Housie for multiple sites since the beginning of 2001.
Talking to event organizers and a random sample of their customers we have determined that AutoCall has more than met their expectations and requirements. With our new AutoCall_Premium version we have decided to make this exciting product available to the greater Housie community.
For Housie administrators it has removed the need to find last minute callers due to illness, work commitments or any other unplanned reason. AutoCall has provided a standard, consistent method of selecting and calling of housie numbers. Once you have selected the voice that you want to use then it never changes, the pitch does not alter, the volume is the same and the pace is consistent. The calling speed is determined by a single key depression (1-7), normally the first three houses are run at speed 4 then increased to speed 5 ~ 7 depending on how comfortable your customers are with the calling. Super Housie is always run at speed 1 or 2
The way AutoCall selects and calls the numbers today is the same as it did 9 years ago and will be the same next week or next year, this is the consistency that you and your customers can rely on.
AutoCall has a built in failsafe feature that enables the system to recover from any failure up to the last number called.
AutoCall has an Auto Validation option available if you are using BingoWorld’s 36000 Series of Housie Cardsor Books (these cards are guaranteed to have a minimum of 7 unique numbers out of the 15 on each card reducing the incidence of shared lines and houses) then the Auto Validation may be invoked.
This means that every card is registered in the system so can be instantly checked for a correct Line or House using the card number. From all reports up to 30 minutes has been saved from a normal Housie session of 50 games – in some cases the number of games have been increased and in others an additional break has been scheduled.
AutoCall also has a built in facility to Draw Raffles, you simply enter the number of tickets sold (from 10 to 99,999) and then with a single button AutoCall simulates a chocolate wheel quickly selecting about 30 to 40 numbers and displaying them in quick succession with different colours and a clicking sound for each before finally showing and speaking the winning number over the speaker system similar to the Housie session, you just continue pressing the button for more raffle numbers to be randomly drawn and called.
The system is installed with a variety of callers that can be easily selected at the push of a single button at any time. These callers are very popular with our installed base.
AutoCall has a fail safe feature that enables the system to recover up to the last number called due to any failure.
